1. Introduction
Sold Ghana respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users, sellers, partners, and content contributors to do the same. This Copyright Infringement Policy outlines how Sold Ghana handles claims of copyright infringement in connection with content made available on its platform.
2. Ownership of Content

5. Review and Takedown Procedure
Upon receipt of a valid copyright infringement notice, Sold Ghana will:
- Review the complaint promptly.
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content where appropriate.
- Notify the user responsible for the content of the complaint and the action taken.
6. Repeat Infringers
Sold Ghana may, at its discretion, suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat copyright infringers.
7. Counter-Notification
If a user believes that content was removed or disabled in error or misidentification, they may submit a counter-notification containing sufficient evidence of their right to use the content. Sold Ghana will review counter-notifications in accordance with applicable laws.
